Willard W Bass is an independent community development consultant and organizer.  For over 15 years, he has worked to strengthen local economies and cultivate resilient and self-reliant community leaders, entrepreneurs, and activists. Willard nurtures culturally appropriate leadership and cross-cultural collaborations, supports others in their vocation, helping them discern how to share their talents, gifts, relationships, and resources, and be advocates for a better world.

 

He engages nonprofits, faith communities, funders, universities, entrepreneurs, and groups around their ideas, projects, plans, and initiatives. Willard has been married to Shirley Diane for over 43 years. They have three adult children and twin grandsons. They love to nurture family through building diverse, equitable and inclusive community.
